BAPE Unveils Full Marvel Comics Collaboration

Seven years ago BAPE teamed up with Marvel Comics on a collection that paid tribute to The Avengers. Now returning just in time for the release of Avengers: Endgame, the two giants have once again joined forces on a capsule that will have fans of both labels going into a frenzy.
After a few teasers shared late last week via social media, BAPE has finally unveiled the full lineup which showcases the comic book publisher’s biggest characters including Iron Man and Captain America. The capsule is comprised of a range of T-shirts featuring old school graphics (Golden Age and Silver Age designs) of the superheroes alongside a matching Ape Head insignia decked out in complementary camo graphics and Marvel Comics logos. Along with Iron Man and Captain America, The HulkThor, Rocket Racoon, and Black Widowjoin in.
The label’s lovable sidekick Baby Milo is also spotlighted, seeing the aforementioned characters getting made over in the same animation style originally drawn by designer MANKEY. Finally a set of stickers, a key chain and an Ape Head-shaped clock round out the full collection. Peep the full BAPE x Marvel Comics collection above.
Interested fans will be able to purchase the BAPE x Marvel Comics collection this Saturday, April 27 at all BAPE locations and bape.com. Kid sizing will also be made available at Baby Milo locations.
Avengers: Endgame arrives in theatres one day prior on April 26.

Coca-Cola x atmos LAB Release SS19 Capsule Collection

Coca-Cola and atmos LAB return for Spring/Summer 2019 with the latest drop of their co-branded capsule collection. After looping in Billionaire Boys Club for their last go-round, the soft drink company and Tokyo-based label return as a duo for the new graphic-heavy assortment.
The range is comprised of co-branded apparel and accessories across a tight color scheme of red, blue and green with white and grey neutrals. Within the T-shirt selection, long-sleeved and short-sleeved logo tees showcase different variations of the “Enjoy Coca-Cola” slogan across the chest, while the simple pocket tee spotlights the “ATM LAB” emblem on the front and Coke insignia on the back. Similar themes follow suit across the sweatshirt, which is marked by a colorblocked hood and kangaroo pocket.
As for bottoms, the mix is comprised of nylon shorts that feature a cinched drawstring waist and more dual-branding. Meanwhile, striped athletic socks and a set of nylon hats ensures a coordinated head-to-toe look. A checkered bandana layers in one final novelty piece to the collection.
The Coca-Cola x atmos LAB SS19 capsule ranges for ¥2,000 JPY (approximately $18 USD) for the socks and bandana, up to ¥12,000 JPY (approx. $107 USD) for the hoodie. They’re available to shop now from atmos’ webstore. via Hypebeast.com
