The Nike Air Max Plus continues its comeback year thanks in large part to a few exclusives via Footlocker Australia. Following the widely revered “Emerald” edition, the latest model is minimal for the most part, highlighting a white base with cobalt and black contrast throughout the body. Things get interesting, however, as safari print lines the upper from toe to rear in a light grey hue. A Tuned Air Unit below is encapsulated by a white midsole with a shiny grey toe cap to finish. Give them a look below and stay tuned to Sneaker Release Dates for possible stateside release info. via SneakerNews.com

The high-top Kobe 9 Elite will be back this Holiday season in Christmas colors, but this mix of red, white, and green isn’t like anything we’ve seen before. Kobe and the Lakers will likely be getting some nice airtime during their Holiday game against Bulls, and the league’s unlikely leading scorer will rock these murderous Kobe 9s, which feature the multi-colored “camo” outsole, a red/white Flyknit base, and green strikes on the heel. A release date isn’t set, but with Nike releasing some big items on 12/23 and 12/24, we can expect these and the entire Nike Basketball Christmas Pack to drop around then. via SneakerNews.com

Nike x Mo'Wax Capsule Collection
Nike introduces a capsule collection with Mo’Wax, the legendary London-based record label founded in 1992 by James Lavelle that would quickly give rise to new expressions in music and design, and a subsequent underground movement spearheaded by artists like Futura, Gio Estevez, and Ben Drury. The centerpiece of the collection is the MA1 Destroyer Jacket, constructed from a combination of leather and wool with subversive embroidered detailing that reads “Build and Destroy.” The garment is joined by a reworked Nike Blazer, featuring a midsole that’s been doubled-layered and streamlined near the forefoot for an updated take on the iconic silhouette. Expect the Nike x Mo’Wax capsule collection to launch November 26th through NikeLab locations and online. via FreshnessMag.com

And for the first time in the shoe’s history, there’s a reflective underlay for an added bit of flash. Adidas Originals Headphones by Monster (SHOTS FIRED AT DRE BEATS????)
adidas Originals meets Pure Monster Sound
Presented by adidas Originals by Monster
Presented by adidas Originals by Monster
It’s far from an easy task to find a pair of luxury headphones, especially in the increasingly crowded market. It’s no longer only about sound quality, but also about design and comfort. Monster Products has deep roots in the audio industry, dating back as far as 1979 when founder, Noel Lee developed a high performance speaker cable that revolutionized the audio market. In 2007, Lee’s company partnered with rapper and producer Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, CEO of Interscope Records, to start Beats by Dre. A few of you may have heard of it. And by a few, I mean the few of you who have contributed to the revenue of over 1.5 billion dollars Beats Electronics has generated. Today, Monster is now the world’s leading maker of high performance cables that connect audio and video components for your home, car, computers and just about any other place you can think of. It’s no stretch to say that Monster is no longer just an audio equipment manufacturer, but a lifestyle brand that has completely changed the sound market we’re familiar with today.
Another innovator and leader in creating trends, adidas Originals has been known for blending retro and classic looks with current styles. Having collaborated with a number of great brands, the trefoil got together with Monster to introduce a product that encompasses the best of what each company has to offer. With meticulous attention to detail and technical prowess comes the adidas Originals by Monster Over-Ear Headphones, the very first collaborative effort of the two industry leaders. Having first made their debut back in March, they were made especially for those with an active lifestyle. Minimalistic in design, but with no shortage of sleek and modern lines, the Over-Ear Headphones feature a collapsible design for easy storage and mobility, and come with the ControlTalk cable, which allows users to control a variety of elements across all devices, making it easy to listen to music, watch videos or talk on the phone. As previously mentioned, comfort is now a huge factor in deciding on any product and thanks to its plush ear cushions, there’s no need to worry about the sides of your head hurting from having them on too long. Now, you can listen to your entire playlist so you don’t disrupt your flow. Very important.
A cool feature that the Over-Ear Headphones comes with is the MusicShare dual ports. You know all those times you just have to listen to Katy or Taylor with your friend and you had to do the “one earbud per person” thing? Never again. The dual audio input jacks lets you link your MusicShare headphones together to share the audio. This means you and your bestie can live a teenage dream all you want, without any compromise or discomfort. And best of all, they’re packed with Pure Monster Sound, which gives you the feeling of listening to live music. This means there’s no need to choose between a bumping bass sound or a crystalline treble. You get the best of both worlds. Just crank the volume, close your eyes and you get the experience of standing right in front of the stage wherever you go.
Available in black, white and blue, the adidas Originals by Monster Over-Ear Headphones is crafted with a simple design featuring adidas’ iconic trefoil logo, all packaged nicely in a drawstring pouch. All three are available now at all adidas Originals flagship stores, select adidas retailers and online andwww.MonsterProducts.com. via Freshness.Mag
