As promised, 2006's black and gold colourway of the Zoom LeBron 3 is set to return to Nike retailers later this year, and now official pics of the 2018 retro have surfaced. True to the OG, black leather and nubuck once again handle the upper's construction while metallic gold detailing can be found throughout. Besides the black and gold, the lone contrast comes in the form of deep red Swooshes on the outsole. The upcoming drop will be the second LeBron 3 retro of 2018 after the coveted 'Christ The King' PE made an unexpected comeback in September with its retail debut.

Celebrated fashion imprint Comme des Garçons have their own version of the Authentic on the way, teaming up with Vans to give the low-top kicks a bold makeover. True to form, the design features the shoe's prototypical canvas upper and vulcanized rubber sole. In this case, the white canvas is covered with bold 'CDG' lettering as a pattern made up of the wordmark stretches across the construction.

PUMA and Hasbro have teamed up for a footwear-centric homage to everyone's favorite Autobots, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. First teased earlier this month, PUMA's 'Transformers' colab features the chunky RS-X silhouette and dresses the kicks in Prime- and Bumblebee-like red/white/blue and yellow/grey/white colourways, respectively. The Autobots logo even graces the heel of each shoe in metallic silver while construction comes in mesh, leather, suede, and synthetics. Look for the kicks to debut in Europe at select retailers on November 22 before hitting additional global spots this December. via SneakerFreaker.com

Coutie and Vans have linked up for a special collaborative collection, putting unique spins on two classic silhouettes. Dubbed 'One World #2', the capsule features both the Old Skool and the Sk8-Mid. In both cases, the kicks come in tried and true combos of black and white, but shake things up with thick yellow boot-style laces and Coutie text and logos throughout the uppers.

While Nike has since updated the historic Air Max line-up with its newest 720 silhouette, the label continues to show love for its older silhouettes — especially one of their modern staples, the Air Max 270. Despite its vast assortment of colorways, the silhouette has only recently received the iconic Tiffany Blue touch. With accents of the unmistakable tone along the heel and branding, the newest colorway contrasts its primarily black mesh upper on top of the 270’s characteristically oversized air bubble and chunky white midsole. Expect to find this bold new colorway at Nike.com and various retailers soon at a retail price of $150 USD. via SneakerNews.com
