On the heels of an initial preview, adidas Originals officially unveils its upcoming collaboration with mastermind JAPAN on a duo of exclusive footwear silhouettes, the NMD XR1 and Tubular Instinct. Each incorporates mastermind JAPAN's signature black and white color palette and signature skull and crossbones motif. On the NMD XR1, those details complement a knitted upper, structural overlays, EVA midsole plugs and TPU cage in black, all mounted on a Boost midsole in contrast white. Its Tubular Instinct counterpart features a blacked-out leather upper and a fluid split-layer midsole, finished in contrast white on the heel and full zip closure.
